Email: What are Quarantine Digest Reports?

We offer our customers who use Google Mail an additional layer of email filtering from a company called The Email Laundry. Your Google Mail service is designed to block viruses and some junk mail. This additional filtering is designed to protect your users from malicious attacks such as ransomware, impersonation, fraud, phishing, and more.

This filtering system will quarantine blocked messages if they need your review. You will receive a Quarantine Digest Report (similar to the following) that lists these messages:

If a legitimate email was blocked, click the "Release" link next to the email. You will be taken to a website where you will have the following options:

Release - The email will be delivered to your mailbox.

Release and Whitelist Sender - The email will be delivered to your mailbox and the sender address will be whitelisted so their future emails are NOT blocked.

Release and Whitelist Domain - The email will be delivered to your mailbox and the entire sender domain will be whitelisted so their future emails are NOT blocked.

If you receive an email that should have been blocked or quarantined, please send the email as an attachment to spam@theemaillaundry.com so that they can prevent anyone else from receiving the same thing.
